We don't count you expenses of booking. The tourist tax is to foresee in more in our rates. Your booking is firm and definitive after the sending of our written confirmation.

In the case of a stay extending over two tariff periods, it's the first day of every week that determines the rate of this one.

Cottages, Chalets and Mobile Home Holidays

Our rents are of Saturday after 16 hours in Saturday before 10 o'clock. In case of late arrival andor of the early departure, the total amount of the due stay is unchanged. If you modify your dates of stay, the same rent can not be guaranteed.

The deposit to be paid represents 25 % of the price, the pay of the rent being to adjust from your arrival, during the delivery of keys, an inventory of fixtures will be made.It will be wanted to you a check of 150-€ pledge including the breaking material.

The cleaning of the rent being at your expense; a check of 40-€ pledge representing the neatness of the flat to your departure will be also asked to you in your arrival. These two checks will be returned to you in your departure if the inventory of fixtures notices no problem andor if the environment was made to us clean.

It is advisable to bring your bathroom linen, cloths and sheets, coverages / braids and pillows being supplied.

Places of campsite

Swimming pool

The swimming pool not being watched, the children stay under the responsibility of the parents. The depth of the swimming pool is 1,60 m. Before penetrating into the surrounding wall of the swimming pool, you should read the shown regulation and apply the orders of security and hygiene.

Insurances

Your children stay under your responsibility during all the duration of your stay. We advise you to take out an insurance policy for cancellation and repatriation. We decline any responsibilities for the damages undergone by the material of the camper and the tenant which would be of the own fact or because of its animal. You are up to sign an assurance for your caravan, tent andor material, guaranteeing you in particular in civil liability. The camper remains responsible for his environment. The tenant of a residence should declare to be insured for his seasonal rented civil liability and should be confirmed by his insurer that his personal insurance contract covers well the risks of the vacation rental.

Extract of the Internal Regulation (shown in the reception)

The fact of staying on the campsite implies your acceptance of the capacities of the internal regulation and your commitment to conform to it.

SECURITY: the portable individual barbecues with coal and the campfire are strictly forbidden, except on the area foreseen for that purpose. It is recommended to the campers to assure the surveillance of their material and their installations against the theft and the bad weather.

DOGS: Your dog andor the other animals should be never left free and should not stay on the campsite, even attached, in your absence. In your owner's quality of your animal, you are financially a responsible for the damages caused by your animal. They should be always held in leash on the campsite and brought outside of the surrounding wall of the campsite for their needs. Their pad of inoculation should be up to date and should be presented to the management from your arrival.

CARS: vehicles should drive in a maximum speed of 10 kph. After 22 hours, cars do not circulate any more on the campsite. The silence should be total from 22 o'clock till 6 o'clock in the morning. Between these hours, you can park on the parking of the campsite.
